Bloody Mary

1. 1.5 ozVodka
2. 3 ozTomato juice
3. 0.5 ozLemon juice
4. 2 dashesWorcestershire sauce
5. 2 dashesHot sauce
6. 1 pinchCelery salt
7. 1 pinchBlack pepper

Method

1. 1

   Build vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and hot sauce in a highball glass.

   Add ice and roll between two tins to mix.

   Season with celery salt and black pepper.

   Garnish with celery and a lemon wedge.

Variations

• Bloody Caesar

  Use clamato juice instead of tomato juice.

• Pickle Bloody Mary

  Add pickle brine for extra tang.
