Mojito

1. 2 ozWhite rum
2. 0.75 ozLime juice
3. 0.5 ozSimple syrup
4. 6Fresh mint leaves
5. TopSoda water

Method

   Gently muddle mint leaves with simple syrup in a highball glass.

   Add lime juice and rum, then fill with ice.

   Top with soda water and stir briefly.
