Aperol Spritz

2. 3 ozProsecco
3. 1 ozSoda water
4. 1Orange slice

Method

   Fill a wine glass with ice.

   Add Aperol and Prosecco.

   Top with soda water and stir gently.

   Garnish with an orange slice.

  Use elderflower liqueur and mint instead of Aperol.
