2. 0.75 ozLemon juice
3. 0.5 ozHoney syrup

Method

   Combine gin, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker.

   Add ice and shake until chilled.

   Double strain into a chilled coupe.

   Garnish with a lemon twist.
