Mezcal Negroni

2. 1 ozCampari
3. 1 ozSweet vermouth
4. 1 wide peelGrapefruit peel

Method

   Combine mezcal, Campari, and sweet vermouth in a mixing glass with ice.

   Stir until chilled.

   Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.

   Express grapefruit peel over the drink and drop it in.
